Join the Partners Resource Network and Baylor University’s Center for Disability & Flourishing for the 2026 Pathways to Possibilities Conference—a day dedicated to connecting families, youth with disabilities, self-advocates, and community organizations with valuable information, resources, and opportunities.

Whether you're looking for educational resources, transition planning, community services, or ways to better support individuals with disabilities, this conference is designed to help you take the next step with confidence.

Spanish-language sessions will also be available, making it easier for more families to access the information and resources they need.
