The Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network’s Child and Adolescent Mental Health division, Klaras Center for Families, is exited to announce the launch of their new Parent-support Warmline, dedicated to providing parents, caregivers, and families with extra support, guidance, and connection!

What is a Warmline?

Klaras Center for Families’ Warmline is a safe, confidential space where parents and caregivers can connect by phone with trained professionals for emotional support and guidance.  Whether you're navigating the challenges of parenting, seeking advice, or just need someone to talk to, our Warmline is here for you.

What to Expect

  • Emotional support and guidance from trained professionals

  • Connection to local resources and services

Using the Warmline

Parents, caregivers, and families can receive this free, confidential and non-judgmental support by calling (833) 412-4343. The Warmline is now available and ready to take calls! Current hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. , Monday through Friday.

Kait Fedro

Kaitlin “Kait” Fedro is the System of Care Coordinator with Our Community Our Future, where she develops resources, programming, and collaborative tools to strengthen supports for youth and families across the Heart of Texas region. Her passion for this work is deeply rooted in her lived experience with a mental health disorder that began in early adolescence, her role as a mother to a young, neurodivergent child, and her background as an early childhood development professional. Outside of work, Kait enjoys reading with an extra-large cup of coffee and visiting favorite community spots with her family.
